A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is a long-term energy contract where a solar provider (like Lightpath) installs, owns, and maintains a solar energy system on your property—at no cost to you—and you simply pay for the electricity it generates at a fixed, lower rate than your current utility tariff.

How It Works:
